Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Medici Executive Health, we dedicate an entire care team to each client for up to five hours and see no more than three clients per day to ensure an exceptional, personalized experience.
Due to the high level of preparation and staffing involved in your visit, the following fees apply:

  • Rescheduling 72 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the Executive Health Exam fee.
  • Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance will incur an 80% charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the Executive Health Exam cost.
  • For Bespoke Concierge members, cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled Executive Health Assessment will result in a fee equal to 10% of the assessment cost. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior will result in a fee equal to 50% of the assessment cost.

We understand that emergencies happen. While these fees are necessary to protect the time we’ve reserved for you, we do maintain a waitlist. If we’re able to fill your appointment with another client, we’ll gladly waive or reduce the applicable charge.
