Not only do Medici members have a concierge doctor, they have their own Concierge. We’ve invented this new profession in our quest to reinvent healthcare.
Your concierge will have dashboards on their screen that find the most appropriate doctors in the members network, source the most trustworthy medical info, know where the best priced medications are, know what benefits are available to you and most importantly — is a close member of the Medici team.
They know when to bump you up to the top of the doctor’s calendar, when to get the specialists involved, and when to get you straight to the ER doctor.
Meet your Care Team
After experiencing the sudden and tragic loss of her boyfriend to an
accidental overdose, Elena realized she needed to do more to help
people.
Through a deep personal tragedy, Elena had
found her true calling.
Knowing how to save a life became her top priority, and she became
a nationally recognized Emergency Medical Technician. Never one
to step away while others were in need she worked throughout
the COVID pandemic in a hectic, bustling urgent care unit triaging
patients.
Stepping in to a Care Concierge role with Medici was a natural
transition. She has the opportunity to connect with patients and help
them get the care they so deeply deserve. Her deep passion to help
others stay healthy in body, mind, and spirit is what drives Elena to
always provide warm and loving care to all Medici members.
