After experiencing the sudden and tragic loss of her boyfriend to an
accidental overdose, Elena realized she needed to do more to help
people.

Through a deep personal tragedy, Elena had
found her true calling.

Knowing how to save a life became her top priority, and she became
a nationally recognized Emergency Medical Technician. Never one
to step away while others were in need she worked throughout
the COVID pandemic in a hectic, bustling urgent care unit triaging
patients.

Stepping in to a Care Concierge role with Medici was a natural
transition. She has the opportunity to connect with patients and help
them get the care they so deeply deserve. Her deep passion to help
others stay healthy in body, mind, and spirit is what drives Elena to
always provide warm and loving care to all Medici members.
